Festival One Centered around music, art, community, and creativity– Festival One is not a music festival, but a celebration of people and their creative pursuits. This project was so much more than making a logo, it was creating a dynamic brand identity that encompasses the spirit of our Festival One family.

Growing a Community
We started from scratch, growing Festival One from new born to a 3 year old with over 12,000 likes on Facebook and an ever-increasing Instagram following. Unlike many festivals, Festival One is all ages (0 to 99, think Lego) – which meant that targeting a specific audience would prove to be a challenge. Contrary to popular belief, not everyone understands the term ‘it’s lit fam’. 1 like = 1 prayer is quite a hit with the Mums though. Despite the variety of age groups, we nailed down a ‘social media voice’ that caters to all – through an effective use of sensational copy writing and beautiful images.
